Based upon One-click Content Management ® technology, Green Valley is one of the fastest growing software companies in Europe, and belongs to the leading players in the field of Web Content Management. Green Valley provides web services to major Dutch government organizations and wants to improve the usability and user experience of their content management system to reach a global market in near future.
Responsibilities
As a usability and interaction designer I worked on Green Valley content management system. I designed, planed, analyzed and authored reports for qualitative usability studies of web-based content management system applications. I resolved usability issues with interaction design, product management and development teams. I engaged in projects at various stages of development, assess and implement appropriate usability evaluation techniques. I designed wireframes and interaction flows for forum application in the CMS, here are few examples.
